Marketing.
The highest quality pictures and media will be used to properly promote your rental property online to catch the eye of any potential tenant. ‘For Rent’ signs will be posted in and around the neighborhood to market the property.
Rental Listings and Showings.
We prescreen over the phone to see if tenants qualify before setting any appointments to show the property. For safety and security purposes, all showings will have a dedicated ERI agent on site at all times with any prospective tenants.
The Rent Collection.
All rent is collected by ERI on the 3rd of each month to allow timely deposits and distributions into the property owner’s accounts. Any and all issues pertaining to rent will be addressed by ERI directly.
Tenant Screenings.
ERI utilizes Sound Screening for all related tenant screening services. All tenants must completely fill out an application and they must verify their identities with ERI. ERI will also check credit scores, rental histories, criminal histories and verify the income of each potential client.
Maintenance and Repairs.
ERI has a dedicated list of talented local contractors who can maintenance any property, at any time. ERI is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any tenant or property owner that has immediate maintenance emergencies.
Lease Signings.
ERI will manage the signing and documentation of all rental agreements with tenants. Lease signings will be coordinated by ERI and each tenant is given direction on how to properly care for and maintain each rental property and expectation.
